Recipe: Chocolate Chia Pudding

Quickest, easiest brekkie out there. Chia seeds provide a good source of omega 3 healthy fats for recovery!

Consider topping with muesli for some additional carbs or including your protein powder for that extra hit in the morning

Serves:  2

Ingredients:

1/4 cup chia seeds

3/4 cup milk of your choice

Small amount of something that’s sweet (rice malt, agave or maple sryup)

1 tsp cocao powder 

A small handful of frozen berries

Suggested toppings:

Buckwheat kernels

Cocoa nibs

Muesli & yoghurt (not GF)

Fresh fruit

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into a jar with a lid that seals tight. Shake it all up and sit it in the fridge overnight. In the morning top with your fave toppings, lid back on and off you go!
