Recipe: Crispy Peanut Butter Balls

Who doesn’t love peanut butter? Any nut butter will do in the recipe really! A few of these bad boys are a great pre-workout snack to boost your energy.

Serves: 8 balls

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp peanut butter

2 Tbsp honey

1 1/4 cup almond meal

1/2 cup puffed brown rice

Instructions:

Place the peanut butter and honey into a small saucepan and mix over a low heat. Once combined, turn off the heat.Add the almond meal and puffed brown rice, mix to combine.Once the mixture is cool, use your hands to work the mixture into a dough and shape the mixture into balls.Place the balls in the fridge to set.
