5 X Cycling Sessions

These can be done on the road or spin bike. We focus on short efforts followed by an easy spin, you will also learn how to ride with cycling cleats.

8 x Run Sessions

All our run sessions use the walk/run method and build up in distance over the 8 weeks. Each session can be customized to your current pace, and goal times. 

7 x Race Simulations

In these sessions, you will learn how to transition from the swim to bike - bike to run. These sessions will give you the most confidence for race day.
