I could barely make it 50 metres before coughing and spluttering and giving up. When I went to the pool to complete session 1 I was pretty nervous but I was surprised with how well it went. The drills really helped break down the steps and having the videos to demonstrate was so helpful. Each session in the pool I had little wins and I felt my confidence (and enjoyment) improving. I loved the run and bike sessions too. They pushed me to work harder and it reflected in my results.
